Health Guarantee Obligations
The health guarantee is written to protect the
breeder, the buyer, and the puppy. To the best of the breeders knowledge, the puppy is in good health at the time of
sale.
Each puppy shall receive a vet check prior to leaving and a record of shots and vet check will accompany your new puppy.
Your puppy will be guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase against any non treatable congenital defect.
The exceptions are cherry eye, which is considered a breed defect, submissive wetting, and/or behavioral problems. It
is the responsibility of the buyer to train and socialize the puppy.
If the puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian
and found to have a non treatable congenital defect condition, the breeder shall replace the puppy provided that the AKC registration
papers are returned, for the next available puppy of the same sex, color and like pedigree.
A copy of the veterinarian report must be given
to the breeder at the time of notification. The puppy must be returned within the 3 days from time of purchase.
The Seller will in no circumstances refund any/or part of the purchase price to the buyer. We cannot assume any responsibility
for the puppy once leaving the premises. Any and all cost incurred, not only veterinary are the sole responsibility of the
buyer. In the event of death, an autopsy report shall be performed at the buyers expense to determine the congenital
defect and the cause of death. The report must be provided before a replacement puppy is given. The breeder is not responsible
for any veterinarian charges in diagnosing or treating any illness or genetic defect. There will be no replacement puppy given
if the injuries are a result of abuse, neglect, or accident. Lawn chemicals can cause seizures in puppies. Please
refer to Toxic Foods For Dogs for a detailed list of dangerous household items which result in accidents.
Your puppy is warranted only for the purpose of
a companion animal. There is no warranty given as to its fitness for any special purpose.
